Our current gvg build.
This is our current build, and my guild has played it a bit, but I was wondering if you guys had any tips on how to improve it.

It is meant to be a pressure build, with the YAA going back to handle ganks.

If the warrior is dealing with ganks, why is he the only character running a major rune?
other than that the build looks solid, you're running most of the staff dominating the meta right now, which is generally a good decision.

Running 2 searing eles and not running they're on fire? blasphemy.
But yea, standard, standard, standard mostly, except that I haven't seen many axe YAAhoos.

Thanks for the suggestion Mephisto. I added it.
Thom: How should I equip the other characters with runes? I don`t know a ton about runes in gvg.

I think he means that generally gankers try not to run runes, since that lowers their health. It makes the character more liable to get killed. Skirmishers are more liable to running around at low health than flagstand people.
You can see I'm not very good at explaining.
I'd just run 12 +1 +1 on Axe Mastery.
Btw, since you have 3 skillslots devoted to attacks on your YAA, why don't you run Sword instead of Axe for Final Thrust? Just a question.
Also, I don't know about the BL...maybe 12 Divine Favor? Either way works.

Looked at the build again, came up with a few more issues.
You have like absolutely no hex removal. In a meta where spoil victor and reaper's mark are so prevalent, I would reccomend adding some of the following: holy veil, purge signet, expel hexes, divert hexes, convert hexes.
You really don't need two glyph of sacrifice meteor shower guys, one would suffice, you should probably drop one of those showers for draw conditions to keep your physicals clear as much as possible.
They're on fire only vaguely makes sense. It seems like an odd choice, I'd actually have to play the build to see if it worked.
Your runner has no snares. This makes me sad. I still like healing breeze more than restful breeze, because restful breezing a character in a skirmish means they can't use reversal (if you split a monk) and it's recharge is so long; plus npcs can't not use skills, and I've saved too many knights by breezing them, not to mention a game-breaking breeze on our guild lord in an 8 man assault by a mesmer spike.
As far as superior runes go, The reason they're even worse on split characters than flagstand characters is because they have to operate completely indepent of monks, and the extra 75 health goes very far.
I've seen axe yaahoos, I don't know which are better to be honest, they're both pretty strong, but the bleeding seems to be more useful.

You YAA should have some sort of interupt. Probably disrupting dagger for final thrust. Also shadow walk is good for ganking especially since u can get rid of body guards without taking out any other npcs. Id sub frenzy for shadow walk if u were to use it. Other than that its fine. I just did a whole thing on YAA gankers in the single character build topic.

I'd stick a Deep Freeze on the runner, and bring Windborne instead of Storm.
You might want more resses, and the hard res is on a character already preoccupied with Searing spammage. When my guild had HP and Wards on our Searings, they almost never remembered/had time to cast them.

Ok, I added Hexbreaker Aria on the Paragon, and some hex removal on the monks.
Lighting Hell: what is GtfE? Do you mean "Go For The Eyes"?

Yup.
It's extremely spammable, and fuels your Energizing Finale.

I'd try to fit in Deep Freeze on the runner instead of lightning orb. Also Bull's Strike is a really nice skill on a dervish -->AoE KD (yes, even at 0 strength). I don't really know why you have WB there. Are evasive stances so much of a problem for you??
EDIT: I just noticed a scyte crits for 94 on a squishie..nvm

Ok, I added Deep Freeze on the Flag Runner.
Do you guys think I should take the Dervish out for something a little more damaging? Grenths Form is good, but we seem to need more reliable damage.

I think you should rework your BL monks and your paragon.
